Refund policy

PICKUP RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

* All pickup returns need to be returned within 15 days after pickup date. If the item is not returned within the 15 day window it will be considered final sale.

* Items must still have tags attached, no cigarette or perfume smells, no deodorant or makeup stains. Buyer will receive a full refund if it meats the requirements above. 

* All pickup exchanges need to be exchanged within 15 days after pickup date.

* It can be exchanged for a different size of the same item. If the size is not available you can return or the item will be considered final sale after the 15 days.

* Items must still have tags attached.

* No makeup/deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette/smoke smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

SHIPPING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

* You MUST email us within 5 days of delivery & the item/s MUST be shipped out no later than 5 days after the return label is sent.

* Refunds do not include original shipping cost

* The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

* Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, you will receive a refund email. 

* It may take up to 10 days for the return to appear in your account.

*Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 2 days after purchase or 3 days after delivery (if item was shipped.) Please email us at madibsboutique26@gmail.com with pictures of damage. (excludes accessories and jewelry)
